Only verified organisers can publish events and routes on Elite. When a verified organiser creates an event or imports a route via GPX file, the associated location data is submitted by that organiser (the Route Creator) and reflects their input. Elite does not independently verify the accuracy, legality, safety, or current condition of organiser-submitted routes. Route Creators are solely responsible for ensuring their routes comply with all applicable local government, road, and traffic safety laws, and for any consequences arising from routes they publish. Elite is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
The app integrates with third-party services including Google Maps, Firebase, Facebook Login, and Apple Sign-In. Each of these services has its own Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these providers.
When you share a post or event through the app, a link using the eliteapp.run domain is generated. Clicking that link on a device with Elite installed will open the app directly. On devices without the app, the link redirects to the App Store or Google Play. No personally identifiable information is embedded in shared links.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you via an in-app notification or email at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the app after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
